When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company name (if given), and the content of your message. We don't collect any other personal data through the site — there's no account creation, and we don't run tracking or advertising cookies.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — to discuss your event, prepare a proposal, and correspond with you about booking amou for an activation. We don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your message to our email inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io. We don't use any other third-party processors for data collected through this site.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and, where a booking goes ahead, for our business and accounting records. If you'd like us to delete correspondence that isn't needed for those purposes, contact us and we'll action it.
